Winning out is all games ahead of you including the pod. IF we WIN OUT we are 100% guaranteed to be first. Period.

It means going 15-3 in conference play. That is what winning out means. No one behind us with 4 losses can catch us if we don't lose. No one with 3 losses currently CAN stay at 3 losses if we win out because they'll have lost to us in the pod. It is simple math. It does count.

That said. It comes down to each game. One game at a time. Next up is @ UAB. A place we've seldom had good results. Going back to the Sun Belt days. We have a losing record in Birmingham. Win that one. Then think about the one after that. One game at a time. Everything else is just conjecture. Nothing matters right now except UAB.

I agree, we don't have a winning record at UAB, and we all know the curse of the MTSU Blue Raiders. We win this road trip we will be in very good shape.
