Charlotte lost verbal commit/#2 rated kicker/punter in the nation (at least by 1 service) Jared Wheatley to Vanderbilt last week.

247 doesn't list him as a current commit or a decommit, on the Charlotte team page. That's where I'm pulling my info from. I do see on the player page where they noted he committed to Charlotte on 8/30.
