2. North Florida-FCS or d2 or d3 I think
3. Florida Gulf Coast-FCS, or maybe doesn’t even have a football team
4. Arkansas Little Rock-do they have a football team?
5. Texas Arlington-FCS i think
6. West Florida- don’t know if this is a D3 team or what it is

6 reasons why Troy would never play in that thing.
Might as well add Arkansas Tech and David State University to that thing.
