Yeah... just saw it.... I didn't think they would turn down the money... and with the success the Golden Knights had last year they probably want to ride that train.

Lol good options! I like the Seattle Lattes.

I actually think they'll go with an historic Seattle sports name like the Pilots or Metropolitans. But, this article, https://www.cbssports.com/nhl/news/seatt...ranchise/, seems to believe the name will come from this list of 15:

1. Steelheads - not the worst
2. Skyline - eh...
3. Metropolitans - good
4. Snowcaps - like mountains or the candy...?
5. Thunderbirds - arena football for 75 year olds
6. Nighthawks - arena football
7. Sasquatches - would be funny which is why it won't happen
8. Kraken - not terrible
9. Thunder - passive agressive
10. Pilots - YES!
11. Skyscrapers - eh...
12. Thunderwolves - arena football
13. Grinders - umm...
14. Neon Warriors - invokes an 80s aerobics feel
15. Grunge - imagine all the Nirvana hits blasting at home games
