Checked on politics1.com, still no candidate named Bradley Manning. Now its possible that somewhere in the distant generations a candidate running might have had an ancestor named Bradley Manning, but its not conclusive which candidate that could be. Chelsea Manning's parents are named Brian and Susan. I suppose you could consult ancestry.com to look it up, but I fail to see why that would be important.

Violating the Espionage Act
stealing government property
violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
multiple counts of disobeying orders

Your words of 'this man' is confusing. Are you saying that a man running for Maryland's Democratic Nomination for the US Senate has had these convictions? That would be interesting....Its not Ben Cardin. Politics1.com does list another male candidate running named Jerry Segal. Are you referring to some convictions from him?

Either way, there is no Bradley Manning on the ballot in the Democratic Primary for US Senate from Maryland. Its possible that someone named Bradley Manning could file, but he would need to do so prior to February 27, 2018.
