Actually FDR would be seen as a HARD progressive today, outside of the handling of WW2.

Where as I think JFK would probably fall somewhere in the line of a neo-con today.

And some of the GOP views at the time weren't really the conservative views of the day (again, a lot of GOP'ers favored price and wage controls that Nixon pushed for , for instance).

Let's not forget it was JFK's 'fiscal conservatism' that put him over Nixon to start with. But lets' not forget that for the most part, almost immediately after JFK was when the Democrats started sliding into the Socialism-supporting party that they have fully turned into today...

As said, most of us who voted for trump on here.. even TOLD you guys, we knew he wasn't a full conservative... but that he was as close as we knew we'd get at this point in time.
