RE: Visited Tulsa's campus last weekend
Come ahead. We have a very good home schedule this year. All 6 home games are against bowl teams and we play all the AAC west favorites - Navy, Houston and Memphis at home.

There has been some talk about TU scheduling a game in Wichita at some future point. I think thats a good idea if its against the right team. So how about this: Tulsa versus Air Force. That fits in quite nicely in a number of ways. Your history with the Air Force industry. Your history with the Tulsa program. The proximity of Wichita to both schools. (Wichits sits between both schools allowing a lot of fans to travel there.) So historically its a very good fit and should engender a lot of local interest.

Could it happen? I don't know, but its worth thinking about. I like neutral sites because its actually an away game for both schools and doesn't cut into either teams home schedule.

Will it happen? I don't know, but if there were a way of funding it to make sure noone lost money, its a winner imo.
