the women's program is in a bad state right now. Losing 7 players to graduation and transfers, as well as an incoming point guard. Less then 7 scholarship players on the team remaining, not including whatever other recruits we have coming in(though its possible that they transfer too) Regardless, I never felt Karen could field a NCAA team even with 15 all americans because she just is not a good technical coach. She is of the mindset of having one super star player who takes 30 shots a game with a surrounding cast of 5 ppg contributors. She is a wonderful person and I wish her well, but we need a breath of fresh air into this team. I doubt if Selig will get this right either.
