Has it been warmer in Utah than Texas lately? Or have they never spent a lot of time in Utah in the winter? I spent 4 years there when my mom went to grad school. I can't decide whether I preferred 110 degrees in the summer or -10 in the winter.

Lived here 40 years and it rarely gets below 10. Minus 10 is almost never.
But more to the point. Utah has already signed 20 recruits, 19 are 4 or 5 star by ESPN. The lineman are all huge, many Polynesian kids. The skill players are extremely fast. They sign a few every year from Texas but mostly corners or receivers. This is really big boi football. If the twins are holding offers then they would probably come here but by what Utah has already signed they would be lower ranked players.
