Because it's really not a lot of money. Certainly less than market value in may people's opinion.

But compared to nothing, it is a lot of money for UC and Clifton restaurants. Changing the integrity of the stadium with the notches is not a rationale argument. Nippert looks nothing like it did circa 1991 when I went to school. Anyway, nothing for any of us to get the blood pressure up. 02-13-banana

Heck, the entire campus has changed since 1991.
