Interesting... I thought if FCC was approve on 12/14 they would not be included into MLS until 2020. Seems like that would be plenty of time for FCC and the county/city/community/whomever to get everything figured out and a stadium erected.

On the positive, the contract allows UC to renegotiate the rent and other terms if FCC gets into the MLS. That will put significantly more $$$ into UC's coffers.

I agree with your last paragraph, with the exception of one word: Replace “will” with “should.” I expect more but not sure I’d bet on significantly more. FCC owes UC a huge Thank You.
