Quality games sell well but NZ is not a quality opponent. Nor is this an important game or even a game leading up to an important tournament. This is a low tier friendly which they will get a decent but not great crowd for.

The argument that the USMNT and USWNT tickets are significantly overpriced for this level of game has been going on for a while.

Apparently already sold 20k tickets.

Did I correctly read that 20,000 tickets were sold in 24 hours? That can't be right.

Right now Cincinnati is going crazy for anything soccer. 20,000 show up here while they play other teams that dwell in the equivalent of a high school stadium.

I just noticed that the Valencia game on Monday is not sold out. And I don't recall seeing any announcements about ticket sales.

Last I saw it was at 15k+ from a tweet not too many days ago. I'm guessing 20 to 25k for that one, but that may be generous. What with the open cup run, the league play, and the USWNT, the Valencia game hasn't got much pub.

Yeah low 20s should be about right. Its a different situation compared to last year vs CP.
