Kind of amazing someone hasn't hired him away yet. In his 8 years there, they have been to the NCAA tourney 5 times, NIT twice and the CIT once (his first year).

Maybe we should strike now. Thats pretty incredible.

It is. But maybe he's not applying to any jobs. He has never been a coach (of any kind) outside of NY.
