My apologies Somone else did. I think 20k is realistic but that's not butts in seats that's tickets sold. I think 15-17k if you're winning is more realistic and even then idk. The stadium will definitely help and the trying to make it look like a real campus too.
As I said, if we can't pull better than that in Atlanta that's on the administration and AD. No excuses

Your delusions about GaSt getting "Atlanta" much less the metro area to rally behind you has not and will likely never pan out unless you pull a Boise type run or get into a P5. You will likely get a new car smell bump for the stadium, I hope, but will be luck to average 20K with winning seasons for the foreseeable future. OTP folks outside of your commuter students and alums are never going to care about G5 GaSt football unless you rack up P5 wins left and right. The actual people that live in the city of ATL are probably less of the make up of any sporting event than those that live OTP. If you are banking on actual locals, I feel for you.

There is zero correlation when it comes to a teams location and winning or attendance and certainly zero proof being in a large city helps anything at all, if so why did Hofstra fold up and why does Rutgers suck so bad?

I will chime in that ULM will be passed standing still by GaSt like every other team that has joined the Belt.

I have already stated that a 15-20K average would be a good number for GSU to aspire to and I really believe that but I personally hope they do get up to a 30K average or more. I think that would be a good thing for the Sun Belt in general because it would show that not only does GSU have local fan support but people would want to come out to see who they are playing. Georgia Southern for example averages 20K with an OOC schedule that many think is just pure crap. With some smart scheduling a few winning seasons I think it's entirely possible for GSU to find success.

Besides how much more fun would it be tasting the tears of all those Panther fans when we whip your fannies. 05-stirthepot
Our rising Junior football players do not know what a loss to GS feels like.07-coffee3
