This is exactly what I've been saying. Panama is seeing it as an outsider without green glasses.

I can tell you when our coach was announced people were like...WHO!? But then we found out he was the guy who took on the Indiana State disaster. They won 3 games in 3 years before he arrived. He came in with the Plan. He had coached at Green Bay, Notre Dame, Washington and Stanford as an assistant. He ran off 41 players in the first 2 years. They only won 2 games the first 2 years. He then took them to the playoffs twice. So when he took the GSU job he said he had seen much worse with less advantages. Our OC is Jeff Jagodzindki who absolutely should not be an OC at this level. Our QB coach is Luke Huard of the QBing Huard brothers. Our DC is Jesse Minter (son of Rick). Rest of the staff is equally impressive, underpaid and hungry which is why they are killing it in recruiting. Staff is purely here because of connections to Miles. We could have gone with the sexy P5 coordinator hire but those guys are never as hungry.

The Georgia State game kind of scares me. You may have lost all your games this year, but the ones I watched, it seemed like you were going to win them all.

And the #1 JUCO QB in the country drove into our p/l yesterday. Purely because of the OC and QB coach. I think we win 4 or 5 with this QB. 6 if we pick up this JUCO RB on the 24th. So if you guys make the right hire the turnaround can be quick. But it has to be a HC cognizant that this isn't a quick spackle job.
