Maybe the targeted teams are those who would currently be open on 9/7 and playing an FCS team that day. Florida St., BC, GT, Pitt and WF are those teams. So the possible matchups, if you use that as the easiest way to move games:

Wake at BC
FSU at BC
FSU at Pitt
FSU at Wake
Pitt at GT

none involving wake forest or bc make sense if you want a good game
