Immediate option is temporary seating on the concourse level. There's room for 10,000 but at the press conference, Judy said we'd probably use temp bleachers only to get us to 20,000 (5000 temp).

We've already planned to ask for $60M bond issuance from the state gov. in the 2014-15 budget year, so we could go ahead and ask for it sooner or just use the temp bleachers until we can start the expansion after the 2016 season:
