There are quite a few who fans out there, but most of them believe they are on the level of Ohio State.

True but to be fair WV was seconds away from a NC, signing Terrell Pryor, and keeping Rich Rod.

They’ve tasted that life so they don’t want to let go.

I'm 100% down for that.

Dude, you guys are crazy if you think WVU is going to want to play with that misfit ragtag bunch of schools...

If not for the SEC expanding, WVU would be a member of the AAC. WVU should feel damn lucky right now. They can easily be left out in the next expansion.

No they wouldn't. They approached the ACC when the Big East imploded and the ACC told them to go pound sand.

He said AAC, not ACC.

So he did. My apologies va.

“We’re going to sit down with ESPN fairly soon,” Aresco said. “Obviously we hope that the impact is minimal, but I really don’t want to get into it. I don’t want to do anything that would put them on the spot.”

Is “renegotiate” the right word?

“We don’t know yet,” Aresco said. “I think we should leave it at that.”

Thanks for clearing that up Husky.

If the biggest brand of conference leaves the contract will be renegotiated and Aresco hopes the damage will be minimal
