You have no basis to claim the motivations of the players. It is just as likely (actually most likely) that these players are more skilled at offense than at defense. There seems to be reasonably balanced scoring and definite interest in passing/ distribution- way less selfish team in that sense than some years past.

Fans can have opinions. They don't have to agree with yours. But perhaps you have an explanation for the gap between talent level and actual results? Also there is a difference between being a critical fan and a fanboy.
