there's no question in my mind NIL deals will overwhelmingly impact g5 college sports moving forward...

I'm hardly an expert relative to antitrust law; however, I could somewhat see this as a borderline violation (monopoly creating a noncompetitive/negative impact on the consumer)...

regardless, it's going to be quite interesting during the offseason for many a g5 school until this "nonsense" is somehow corralled...
