These mfers need some humble pie with their jambalaya
“It’s hard not to look ahead [to hosting a Super Regional in Baton Rouge], but obviously, we all are.” <everyone laughs heartily>

Umm.. Even if they win the regional and Miami wins there, it would default to Miami would it not?

Yes, Miami is a national seed and would get the super with the winner of ours.
I'd love to see LSU go 0-2 and shut them up. Their fans a griping about how small the Pete is, etc...

Yes they do.
Things are going pretty good. Afraid to change anything up by posting here for a change this season.

We need a hitting coach. Hire Kennesaw State’s.

What we need is a freaking psychiatrist and handful of muscle relaxers to address the perpetual and institutional case of pucker butt.
A 4-run lead with 1 out in the 9th was enough offense to win.

This. The number of strike outs and pop up fly balls is ridiculous. Put the ball in play! Maybe Scott will hire Gabe for next year.

Best thing I've seen is LSU fans think they can grab our pitchers by offering them NIL deals

I'd be surprised if Hall doesn't receive offer(s) ... we may not hear about it unless he jumps .... if I had a budget like lswhoo's or any S$C team, I'd toss him more than the avg. bone...

The other funny thing I read was "He can't be that good if nobody else picked him up besides USM"..
But what does USM know.. They're in the Super Regional this weekend in Hattiesburg.. What Super is LSU playing in?

We’re about to see P5 NIL deals rivaling high-pick signing bonuses, which will affect MLB and help get some of this nonsense under control.

there's no question in my mind NIL deals will overwhelmingly impact g5 college sports moving forward...
I'm hardly an expert relative to antitrust law; however, I could somewhat see this as a borderline violation (monopoly creating a noncompetitive/negative impact on the consumer)...
regardless, it's going to be quite interesting during the offseason for many a g5 school until this "nonsense" is somehow corralled...
