ALL of them should serve some time in jail. There should always be consequences for crimes committed. It does not seem that many people get jail time for anything anymore. Riot's, looting, etc. etc. If you are going to do the crime then you should do the time.

Exactly. I was just waiting for someone to connect this to "rioting and looting." I bet CDR has never rioted or looted. Having reported insurance litigation against their own claimants for 48 years, I can tell you there is more fraud perpetuated by insurance companies against their own insureds than there is by people filing claims. The insurance industry is dirty, dirty, dirty. They try to bully and intimidate legitimate claimants.

So that makes these crimes, if proven in a court of law, not punishable?

If these guys indeed did defraud the insurance fund they should be punished to the full extent of the law. Period.
If that means jail time, tough.
