I would expect this to happen.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see something in the Texas Courts to compel these “ladies” to return to Austin and do their jobs.

The whole thing is ridiculous. The law requires a picture ID to vote, requires a person to have a reason to ask for an absentee ballot, and INCREASES the number of hours polls will be open for early voting. It also ends drive through voting (mainly because having multiple people in a car voting destroys the privacy of a secret ballot--subjecting voters to peer pressure). The idea this is racist or is some sort of "voter suppression" is little more than completely unsubstantiated propaganda narrative that literally falls apart once anyone reads the law.
