Did YOU, of all people, just actually type that out?!?!?

I can't stop laughing! 03-lmfao03-lmfao03-lmfao

We all know you want Penny to fail so you can be right. Everyone free of bias projects us to be in the tournament, with many not basing it on Williams being on the roster. Normal fans hope we can be even better. The poster was merely correctly calling you out on your glass and brain both being half full.

You don't get why we responded to you like that, which surprises nobody.

You really are a doofus, so I'm going to do this one reply and let you have at it.

No. I don't want Penny to fail. I want him to win 10 straight national titles for Memphis. But yeah, I don't believe he's got what it takes to be a successful head coach in college. That is my OPINION.

I want a hot dog to taste like a medium rare ribeye, but no matter how many times I have one, it just tastes like a hot dog. COGS

This is what you said about Tubby when he was hired...
Quote:Tubby is a going to do a great job in Memphis. Period.

Got to interact with him on numerous occasions when he was at Tulsa. And, my father was pretty good friends with him and his wife. Quality guy. And, a very good coach and motivator.

I know I'm in the minority, but I think this is pretty close to a "home run hire". Tubby's teams will play smart, tough, and be well prepared.

This is what you said AFTER losing by 41 to SMU, 30 to UCF, having no postseason, and AFTER starting the next season 12-6, which included a 34 point loss to Cincinnati, and a 15 point loss to UAB..
Quote:If Harris or any recruits can't see that Tubby is a great coach and developer of talent, then let them go elsewhere.

This is also Tubby's view. He isn't going to kiss anyone's rear. Not an AAU "coach" or some snot-nosed 18 year old, that doesn't know up from down.

This is what you are saying when EVERYONE has us making the tournament, and most have us ranked in the top 25...
Quote:That, or we finish a little over .500 and 5th place in the conference.

Maybe we can get a CBI home game?

So both posters were correct in pointing out how dumb your post was. The good news is that you have control over how much humiliation you want. Keep it up; I have worse stuff ready to copy and paste.

I was wrong about Tubby. He had lost his gusto. I have admitted that before, but can admit it again, if it makes you feel better?

I may be wrong about Penny. If I am, I'll admit it. I've been right about some things and wrong about others.

But yeah, feel free to research all of my posts from the past 16 years, so you can show me up on a message board. You are a super cool guy and not a loser in any way, shape, or form.
