Hypothetical P5 expansion draft from among non-P5 schools:

ROUND 1
- Big Ten: Cincinnati
- Big 12: UCF
- SEC: SMU
- ACC: South Florida
- PAC 12: Boise State

ROUND 2
- PAC 12: San Diego State
- ACC: Appalachian State
- SEC: Memphis
- Big 12: BYU
- Big Ten:

To offense to the Bearcats, but why would the Big Ten choose Cincy with all of them available? A Texas or Florida School would be more valuable.

You have to consider the ones available if you assume non-P5 schools. If you're choosing the complete package, I'd go with UConn or Temple but I'm obviously biased towards the Northeast. I'd be OK with UCF.

Temple hosted both Penn State and Notre Dame a few years ago. If memory serves, they had great TV ratings and excellent attendance.

That would be something for the Big Ten to have its Big 3 playing in NYC, Philly, and DC markets often...and one among Rutgers-Temple-Maryland would likely be bowl eligible each year and help to fly the Big Ten banner in the Mid-Atlantic region.
