Yep...makes no sense...there are plenty of candidates who are able to do the job at UT. The administration has made a habit of paying outside firms exorbitant fees to do next to nothing productive in the past though, so this should come as no surprised. Ruffalo Noel Levitz was hired to consult enrollment and GUARANTEED increased enrollment...3 years and $600,000 later, all we got was a ****** interim VP of Enrollment who was stuck in 1997.

and picking a search firm of a UT grad/very recent former OhioU Pres? And conincidently writes a May 7th article on "Conducting a Successful Leadership Search in a Pandemic," which says exactly, nothing. Does that pass smell test? And the Blade makes no challenges to the process.

Yeah...especially when you consider the issues he had near the end of his tenure at OU as well. Oh well, guess we should just expect this at this point...that's what you get when you have a room full of executive lawyers.
