Officials from the Texas A&M system will be there. I guess they got the blessings from the main campus.

Maybe this is splitting hairs, but Texas A&M University had nothing to do with it and could not have cared less.

Congrats Tarleton. Good move. Look forward to future scheduling with you guys. It's very old history, but our campuses were once similar and intense athletic rivals. And both were northern campuses of the Agricultural & Mechanical College of Texas. You guys stayed with them and we got out in 1965, which A&M later privately admitted was a big mistake to let happen. Maybe Earl Rudder's biggest faux pax. A few years later they started scrambling to assemble a system and they got a bunch of little guys.
