If they can revitalize Crosstown like they have they can probably do anything. Biggest issue will obviously be crime which may make it a harder sell.

Guess you haven’t been to Crosstown area in decades.
I am talking about the old Sears Crosstown. I am usually there about once a week. The area is slowly improving. They have a good amount of security in the building, most are armed too

I understand where the Crosstown area is and Sears was the hub. The surrounding areas have not been kept up and as properly values went down, crime went up. Crime is higher there than along Central between Hollywood and Parkway.
