Last week there were two voters that had UH (18-1 at the time) unranked: Jesse Newell and Jeff Call.

According to their bios, Newell covers KU for the KC Star, and Call covers BYU for the SLC Deseret News.

FWIW, this week Call moved the Coogs up from NR to #13. Obviously highly impressed with our victories over ECU and Tulsa. Or he just wasn't paying attention.

Newell moved the Coogs up from NR to #19.

That's what I figure it mostly is, voters not able to pay enough attention. Which, for a layman you could definitely accept, but not when this is something you base your career off of.
