Houston. Only 1 loss. Wins against Oregon, LSU, OK St, BYU. Should be a top 10 team.

Cincy. 18-3. Wins against Ole Miss, Xavier & UCLA. Not ranked. Should be top 20. Barely getting votes.

UCF. 15-3. Win against Alabama and a 2 point OT loss to Missouri. Should be top 25. Barely getting votes.

They’re squeezing us out. The bias is strong and real. And you can count on it showing up even more in tourney selection/seeding.
UC shot itself in the foot with that ECU loss. Without that they probably would be top 20. Overall rankings are meaningless. Lets save our outrage for when the selection committee leaves out a deserving team or under seeds one of our teams.

Oh and you know it’ll happen. Good to see Cougar basketball back at it
Zaga, Nevada, Buffalo, Houston, Cincy, Saint Louis, Murray state, ucf. 4 are already in top 25. The rest could still make it. Plus a few big east schools. This year the football bull**** isn’t to blame.
UCLA and Mizzou are bad
UCF does not deserve a ranking.

That, death, and taxes are life's great certainties. Hopefully with Memphis and UConn bringing in big talent next year the AAC can get back to putting in more than 2 or 3 bids.

What does Colley Matrix have them at?
All we have to do is win a title. Nothing else matters!

Sent from the warp via the ruinous powers of chaos.

Correct answer.
Please note ESPN's usage of the term "big 6" for basketball conferences.

FYI, we're not one of them.

Is that really a thing? I've only heard Major 7.
We keep winning and hardly ever budge. It's messed up.

What I don't understand is why Buffalo and Nevada get the benefit of the doubt, and we don't.

Because we are the conference that has demonstrated we can best compete. We annoy them. They will discredit all that we do in order to create the perception they desire the public to have and most importantly, recruits.

Yep. Said it on college game day this Saturday.

They listed the "non big 6" teams ranked in the top 25. They DID speak well of Houston...

... but they're not "big 6".
Jay Bilas goes one better, referencing the Power 5: "If there is a non-Power 5 team (other than Gonzaga) that can reach the Final Four, look no further than Buffalo."

And there have been "Big 6" graphics on ESPN over the last week.
These guys (P whoever and their stooges) have been building all the evidence needed for a class action lawsuit for years. Problem is the non cartel funded conferences aren't willing to call them out due to the fallout that would happen. Football already happended (P vs G). Basketball is happening in front of our faces (P vs Mid Major). Baseball is sure to follow. There has to be a divide between the haves and have nots or the cartel is not satisfied.
ESPN is definitely trying to create a mid-major perception of the AAC but other networks like CBS treat us much better in their analysis. Fortunately for the AAC that perception is reality crap only works in football. The reality is that the AAC can put 4 teams in the NCAA while only having one ranked in the top 25 ,and another reality is that we have the programs capable of making deep tournament runs or winning the whole thing. Reality also has proven that we have teams that can generate good TV ratings. ESPN talking heads can try to denigrate the AAC but basketball is the one money sport where we can control the outcome we just have to produce.07-coffee307-coffee3
What do you mean "is starting to work it's way"? Its been this way since the AAC was formed (at least after Louisville left).
