Hardly. However, the buzzer beating shot really had nothing to do who were playing. It was an amazing shot and it was a shot to win the game. Unfortunately the Aggies put themselves in that position. First, AJ Harris dribbles off his leg, then a reach around foul by Milstead is not called so GCU gets the layup. Then your starting point guard (a D2 grad transfer, an example of your awesome recruiting), misses the front end of a one and one. Not very championship like. No Lopesup. No banners for that unlike the never ending interview that will be played about Pitino commenting on your crowd for years or how you almost beat this team or that team or a banner for some stupid ranking on a mid major poll no one cares about. That's not our style. However, we did hang a banner the night you guys were in town at halftime, a 2018 NCAA Tournament Banner.
