Well, I had Dixie State on my list to the WAC for several years now. Colorado Mesa and Lone Star schools as well.

Any schools with football from the 4 corner states to move up from D2 are from New Mexico (not as long New Mexico State is there) and Colorado. Schools with football in Arizona are in the NAIA right now with Arizona Christian and Ottawa Arizona. Westminster in Utah is the lone Utah school in D2. Head officials said that they may looked into the future to add football.

When did Westminster officials say that? No stadium, no location for a stadium. Closest stadium would be the UofU (no chance). Just moved up to D2 just a few years ago. I'm highly doubtful on this one.

They are listed as a defunct football in the past, but dropped it. Notable alum is Les Brown, tight end for Miami Dolphins. They do have soccer which the stadium may have been used for football.
