Guys develop, I'd be pretty stoked to have someone who was "Mr. Indiana Football" waiting in the wings. The kids got sizzle. Look at his stats from last year alone.
LULZ if saying people expecting there not to be a dropoff need to re-adjust their expectations means I was "bemoaning how we were doomed" then yes I was one of those guys LULLLLZ.
I dare somebody to find an old thread that would predict Lynch would be better than Harnish before the season started. We had no idea how great Lynch would be after the Iowa game.
MD was saying there would be no dropoff at all. MD is crazy.
(MD was right).
I would love to take credit for that, but I thought there would be a little bit of a drop off. My argument was just looking around the rest of the MAC and comparing the relative dropoffness. That is where I thought NIU as in a good position compared to the other contenders.
