WEAKNESSES Harnish has the arm strength, frame, and mentality to be a starting quarterback at the next level, but his accuracy is so off at times that it brings his value all the way down to late rounds. He will struggle early on adjusting to the speed and timing of NFL offenses.

You would think that if his accuracy was so off at times, that he'd throw more interceptions. But....he doesn't.
