Cincy and UConn make the most sense. With those two gone AAC would need to scramble to fill those spots. Toledo, NIU, Marshall would be on their radar. Frazier is just planting the seeds, he obviously knows movement is coming again soon seeing as he has lots of contacts in business. Its a good move by him IMO.
I think Frazier knows that an AAC move would be the death of the program, definitely want to avoid that trap
1) AAC has better attendance for football
2) AAC has better tv times/dates for football
3) AAC makes more money from their tv contract for football
4) AAC has more wins vs P5 and G5 schools this season
5) AAC has more football teams ranked, and a higher ranked team then the MACs highest
6) AAC has a win over a ranked team
7) AAC has better bowl games
8) AAC won more bowl games last season then the MAC
9) AAC had more NCAA bids last season then the MAC
10) AAC schools have higher endowments and enrollments
11) AAC had more basketball teams ranked then the MAC
12) AAC schools are located in more desirable travel destinations
13) More AAC schools are located in fertile recruiting ground, in which NIU recruits, then MAC schools.
Anyone else want to add to this list?
