I'm at a loss in trying to describe this song/group other than different, original, and hypnotic.

Here is tha same group playing a more familiar song. I don't think I have seen a group do this song other than the original.

Thanks homie. You caused me to dig Snatch out. I swear the other day I thought about watching it again. It's one of my favorite movies. Phenomenal cast and great story.

Here is the lead guitarist and it seems to be everything else. Looks like he plays his guitar and a computerized/synth foot pedals. I don't know what kind of drugs this guy is on but they appear to be really strong. This guy is beyond creative.

I can't get these drums out of my mind. Just heard of these guys yesterday on Western's college station. So decided to YouTubeStalk the hell out of them. Good stuff.

I can't think of anyone to compare them to.

had forgotten about this until it was posted along with a parody of it in a facebook group...

It was played on the radio til everyone was sick of it when I was a freshman in college. It did make it into the top ten on the billboard chart in 1971...
