Awesome speech on House floor
We rarely get to see passion like this in the House. Pennsylvania's Rep. Mike Kelly got on a roll when discussing House Bill HR 4078, to eliminate red tape regarding regulations on business. I suspect that many will say, "hooray - what took you so long?"

Text of the bill is here.

He said what needs to be said. The stark truth is this bill will pass the House and die a lonely death in the Senate.
