I mean...it wasn't the portal but we basically had that happen last year and weren't able to replace them from the outside. Minus the coach thing...
But yeah, they're in a full-on rebuild that for sure.

They should transfer here. Cooper and Cephas are great players and we need a new starting LT. Schlee would make a great backup QB too.

Man...if Ducker left for more carries...he sure misjudged that move. He carried the ball 218 times at NIU for 1,184 yards and then went to Memphis where he only carried it 97 times and was behind the QB who had almost 40 more carries....

When you would literally see Byrd over a healthy Rodgers who came wandering in on the 3rd or 4th possession. You can go back and watch some games and see it happen before you eyes.
At best it was a rotation. At worst it was a terrible decision. Go look.

Who knows if Rogers was battling injuries all season. We could all see he was the better corner. Im sure the coaches did too. But if he was dealing with something like turf toe or a groin he could have been day to day almost all season.
*I have to believe this otherwise I have to admit our coaches are really bad talent evaluators.

Our Defensive staff is clueless. It has been on repeat since TH took over. Time for something new there.
