Anyone know who was involved in putting up the sign near corner of I-10 and Highland Road in Baton Rouge promoting 'SOUTHERN MISS TO THE TOP'?

I believe this is the admissions office doing it.
They’ve been increasing recruiting efforts in Louisiana since TOPS funding went out the window. I think even offering in state to those from Louisiana (and other surrounding states as well). They have at least 3 billboard spots in New Orleans.
