I saw the sign on my way home from the BR area this past Monday morning. Decent looking sign.

I believe this is the admissions office doing it.

They’ve been increasing recruiting efforts in Louisiana since TOPS funding went out the window. I think even offering in state to those from Louisiana (and other surrounding states as well). They have at least 3 billboard spots in New Orleans.
