Wash St 15.9M Ore St 23.1M Utah 26.1M Ariz St 29.8M Colo 29.8M Ariz 33.7M Houston and New Mexico seem reasonable Pac 12 options, just looking at fan dollar support (which would rise for those schools with P5 membership). Only Arkansas St. cracks the MWC/AAC monopoly of the top 18. ODU is #19, ULL #20, Utah St., next to last in the MwC, is #21. RE: Texas and Texas A&M top $200 million - CliftonAve - 06-29-2018 07:51 AM A little over $60M in revenue for my alma mater-- not bad. We'll be generating a lot more revenue from our basketball arena re-do which opens up this academic year. We'll be taking a hit as we lose out on the Big East exit fee revenue-- hopefully that new AAC media deal helps bridge that loss (enter obligatory reply from MWC fan telling us the AAC will only be making $3M a year or less per team). RE: Texas and Texas A&M top $200 million - NBPirate - 06-29-2018 08:51 AM Every AAC member over 45 million in revenue even before the new TV deal. We're starting to see some group separation in revenues between P6 and G4. RE: Texas and Texas A&M top $200 million - arkstfan - 06-29-2018 11:26 AM The general strategy is that “more spending leads to more wins,” said David Berri, a sports economist and professor at Southern Utah. "No, it’s probably the other way around: If you win more, you’ll have more revenue and can spend more money. That’s why we end up with this.” https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaaf/2018/06/28/college-football-overspending-catching-up-these-big-time-schools/736222002/ RE: Texas and Texas A&M top $200 million - Nerdlinger - 06-29-2018 11:50 AM (06-29-2018 08:51 AM)NBPirate Wrote: Every AAC member over 45 million in revenue even before the new TV deal.
