Only Republicans to vote no were 6 from NY, 3 from NJ, 2 from CA and 1 from NC. All Democrats voted together. RE: The House has passed the Tax Bill - solohawks - 12-19-2017 03:38 PM Jones from NC votes NO on pretty much everything. The others were likely protesting the SALT tax deduction cap RE: The House has passed the Tax Bill - UTSAMarineVet09 - 12-19-2017 03:39 PM MAGA!!! RE: The House has passed the Tax Bill - Machiavelli - 12-19-2017 03:40 PM Interesting tweet Brooks: "I don’t expect the G.O.P. to be hurt by the decision to stiff its own voters. The historical pattern is clear: The less Republicans do for workers, the more alienated the workers become and the more they vote Republican." I just find it so odd that the government is going to give people more of their hard earned money and the liberals are so stupid they think its a bad thing. This is anything but tax reform. It is a huge reduction in taxes for the extremely wealthy and large corporations. It is slight of hand for the middle class and working class. We'll see a little change in withholding in the short run and a tax increase in the long run. The GOP is hoping that a few dollars more in a pay check in Feb. will placate the masses while the donor class rakes it in.(12-19-2017 03:46 PM)Fitbud Wrote: This is going to be awesome.
