Louisiana Tech submitted plans to the Board of Supervisors for their approval but wont be able to begin construction until they money is raised. They solicited funds for over three years for their end zone bldg and finally had to induce the students to vote a fee upon themselves in order to issue bonds to cover over half the cost which the students will be paying off now over the next 22-23yrs. Probably wont be able to get them to give any more so its wait and see as to whether the fans will pony up for this project.

The only numbers I mentioned regarding the end zone project was the STRUCTURE cost $14mil and that is a FACT. That DOES NOT include furnishings, insurance, landscaping, new parking, reserves, etc which can be stretched out into infinity. The info on fund raising and financing is a FACT. So, what numbers are you thinking about that are off. You obviously had rather believe "hearsay" than actual documented details between the Board of Supervisors and the Tech administration.

That cost was administered by the Tech administration, the contractor, the Board of Supervisors, and the Board of Regents.
