It is about the life of a kid that acted in self-defense when after trying to remove himself from a situation, was chased and threatened for his life.

As someone who has dealt with discovery, its not the other side's job to ask for the evidence a certain way. Its already in the rules of the civil procedure. It should have been provided in a thumb drive, or via dropbox, not via a text UNLESS the defense attorney agreed to receive it via a text. Which is weird because I have never had somebody request evidence via text.

If a judge cannot declare a mistrial due to perceived pressure from the mob and the media, he or she has no business sitting in that chair. I don't give a **** about his legacy or his feelings, nor do I give a **** that people are saying bad things about him.
