It is about the life of a kid that acted in self-defense when after trying to remove himself from a situation, was chased and threatened for his life.

It should have been provided in a thumb drive, or via dropbox, not via a text UNLESS the defense attorney agreed to receive it via a text. Which is weird because I have never had somebody request evidence via text.

I’ve never in my career delivered or received discovery via text. I’ve never actually heard of any attorney doing it. JFC what is wrong with those idiots?

If a judge cannot declare a mistrial due to perceived pressure from the mob and the media, he or she has no business sitting in that chair. I don't give a **** about his legacy or his feelings, nor do I give a **** that people are saying bad things about him. Do your damned job and quit finding reasons to continue on with this absolute sham of a trial.

So it sounds like the judge is going to allow a verdict and if its guilty he will then declare a mistrial?
