Good game Panthers....Yall have some stuff to build on. Good luck the rest of the way.

Thanks, congratulations on hitting bowl eligibility and good luck with the rest of your schedule.

You guys have nice digs...you just have to find a way to get it filled and support the program.

ECU had the better players tonight....FIU had the better cheerleader outfits. That is new look for the Skort.03-lmfao There was though one very large girl in the group. I kind of liked seeing a plus sized cheerleader!!04-cheers

I never saw the cheerleaders on the tv broadcast but see these posts about them being hot and some being thick so someone post some pics as it is on all the ecu boards now.

I watched it on the FIU access. I guess the same thing shown on the scoreboard. FIU has a money dance team and cool cheerleaders. Props on what they are trying to do to get the spirit UP at FIU!!

All in his head. He kicking with plenty of leg, enough to make 55 yarders. But, every kick it looks different, approach, foot angle, follow through. He afraid of missing.

The offense did not click tonight like it should. He should not be kicking anyway. When you have to depend upon making FG's outside of 40 yards.....something is wrong.

Was not talking about the offense, just his kicking. Not sure, but I thought we won by 21.....wait.......we did.

It's not just long field goals... it's short ones. Heck, he missed an extra point.

He just needs to get his head straight. He is changing little things on every kick. Last year, every kick, long or short looked the same. He just needs to get back to that.

We have something called "Thick Thursdays" on another message board where I post. It's greatness. Some are sexy, some are novelty sized for the fun of it.

Just an odd game in many respects...I think the player attrition on the offensive side of the ball is starting to take its toll on our offensive consistency and production. Hopefully we can get a couple guys back before NC State and Marshall...If not it could cause us some serious trouble in both of those games.

I really would have liked to see us run the ball more in this game...We let FIU dictate the flow of the game tonight which disappointed me. It was clear they wanted to possess the ball and try to keep our offense off the field. Riley fell right into the trap the FIU set...They wanted to keep us off the field and he got impatient in his play calling which led to several 3 and outs. I understand that they were playing us tight in the box and daring us to throw it over the top but that is not the strength of our offense. The defensive game plan is out there on how to beat our offense in its current condition. We must find a way to run the ball...We have to stick with it...We are not going to beat teams by throwing the deep ball. We do not have enough speed on the outside and Carden really does not throw the deep ball well. Riley has to stick with the run and remain patient in his play calling....We are good enough to drive the ball down the field when mixing the run in with the short passing game and using passes to Cooper out of the backfield.

You guys are bitching about Harvey missing a FG after he made one that was taken off the board by a damn penalty he had nothing to do with...Just saying.

Yes...He has had a tough season. We might start not leaning on making FG's and move the damn ball.

No it is not bitching about one miss....He has missed a ton of field goals lately. It will cost us a game at some point down the stretch if it is not addressed. I feel bad for the kid and I am not trying to bad mouth him but at some point you have to give the next guy a shot.

Where the hell am I bitching? A question was asked and I gave my best answer as someone one who was a kicker in HS. Nothing more. In any case we are averaging over 400 yards a game. Have a drink and enjoy the win.

We are doing well in red zone scoring...keep it that way.04-cheers

It is all good....We are only 8 points for being undefeated.

I've heard that he's had a nagging injury of some type. NO idea if that's true.

Whenever you put the game into the hands of someone that takes only a few snaps a game?...You are living dangerously. Usually...something bad happened on the previous play to cause the kicker to even have to come out in the first place. I would never say a kicker ever cost us a game. We run 60 to 80 plays a game on offense.

Harvey for sure is struggling. Lets hope he can get it together for the final run to the championship.

Exactly my thoughts as well....Never leave on the foot of a kicker if at all possible. He did not cause the loss but he did not win it for us when he had a chance.

If true then that ordeal is on the coaches...If a kicker has an injury that is causing issues with his performance you have to go with the next guy or not kick field goals.

Yes...He has had a tough season. We might start not leaning on making FG's and move the damn ball.

Where the hell am I bitching? A question was asked and I gave my best answer as someone one who was a kicker in HS. Nothing more. In any case we are averaging over 400 yards a game. Have a drink and enjoy the win.

I've heard that he's had a nagging injury of some type. NO idea if that's true.

That's coming from factoid on BYB, but I haven't heard it from anyone else, but factoid. I don't think he does. He has plenty of leg in his kicks. Not one of the misses have been short, they missed wide. He is either approaching the ball slightly different or rotating too much though the kick. He has had some misses that had the distance to be good from 60-62 yards out. He is just pushing and hooking them wide.

That's not an injury if you ask me. If he did have a injury that was cause any pain or discomfort some would be falling short, they are not. JMO

I agree with all of that. We just were off last night. I think you hit on it pretty well.
