Something about this story seems off to me. Does he not have parents? Why is he enrolling anyway? Even that amount seems off to me.

I'm going to wait to see if the GOP does away with ObamaCare somehow -- or until December 1st -- whichever comes first -- before I pull the plug on health insurance altogether. I will go catastrophic only if ObamaCare remains.

Probably because he is on his father's plan because he is not yet 26(which btw IS part of Obamacare. His dad probably just talked him out of getting his own healthcare at that point in his life.

Btw, I am sure the detail of the price is wrong. That $175 is probably BEFORE the subsidy he would receive. Given his income and age, it would likely be under that price depending on the plan he chose. Of course, Reason and THe Blaze aren't exactly unbiased sources so we don't know how much is spin(probably a LOT).

One thing I have noticed(I understand you) even righties not from NC are talking about it. For some reason nobody want to offer health insurance in NC. Not sure if it is something being done at the state level that is keeping the marketplace prices high but there are many states that have numerous options at relatively low prices.

Odd thing is the Progs do not take into consideration the Repubs are fighting for all of us to actually have health care that people can afford - and it doesn't involve having Obamacare.
