What's on the grill this week for tailgate?
pork ribs
sausage
marinated chicken
beef fajitas-marinated skirt steak

I will have the charcoal grill nice and hot while enjoying some ice cold beverages. I will have some mixed jungle juice to share also. Can't wait

We had to go simple at UK due to limited cargo space. Only did burgers and dogs. This week we are on the road, but once we return to BG, we will be having a fish fry.

Absolutely you are invited, Barry and I are traveling together. I will have to discuss with him where to set up. I will follow up here. We are leaving Houston before noon so a late setup so you should be fine.

We did 4 boston butts (no bbq sauce as these things were so good sauce is just insulting), potato salad, and baked beans, along with a lot of other finger foods, chips & dips this past week.

This upcoming week we'll have a large low country boil. (shrimp, corn, potatoes, sausage, and a healthy dose of Old Bay seasoning)

I NEVER use sauce. If it needs it, you didn't do it right.

Your are right. The sauce has to be added after cooking to make it tender.

Nothing! I had to cook for 30 people last weekend. Someone else can cook and I can enjoy it!

Come on over to Boone and I will hook you up. Add to that some grilled pineapple and pasta salad not to mention apps and dessert that our buddies are bringing to go with 75 degree weather Saturday 04-cheers

Sounds really tempting. Our group did a whole hog last weekend. I would trade our 88 for your 75.

It was miserably hot in Statesboro this past Saturday. I am hoping for a little decrease in the temp and humidity for this Saturday night

Nothing for this week since we are away AGAIN. Only two out of the first six are at home.

So for TxSt I will be frying close to 10 pounds of gator meat. If I am actually in town and not offshore working.

P.S. One of our favorite Swamp People sustained a nice battle scar this week. I would post a pic but it's on my phone and can't figure it out. [/php]
