Cintrifuse Introduced
The City of Cincinnati has been laging behind cities like Cleveland and Pittsburgh in it's start up tech companies. The movement was delayed by former UC President Greg Williams slow move to support Cintrifuse. It ultimately lead to his resignation at UC. The university has now moved behind the project and donated the 10 million pledged. The idea is to obviously act as a venture capitalist group in financially supporting start up companies from money from Cintrafuse. Organizations like Procter and Gamble, GE, University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children's are behind the efforts.

RE: Cintrifuse Introduced
Cincinnnati has plenty of tech incubators and vc firms. Cintrufuse is lagging behind those that came before them.

Honestly, are you going to stick me with that comment? Did you even scan the article? Of course Cincinnati does have vc firms, however, this organization has nearly 70 million to use as additional assistance with start up dollars. With those current VC firms, Cincinnati is lagging behind Cleveland and Pittsburgh. I think that this is a solid story that will help local companies immensely. Of course they may be slightly behind them as they just started. Cintrifuse has some pretty big players involved too including Cincinnati Children's which is a research powerhouse, UC, GE and Procter. The main offices are at Procter headquarters. It's much bigger than you let on.
