Heard he has been hired by Cincy. Good recruiter and coach?

People really are excited about hiring away from this 3-9 team.

Yeah, I am starting to wonder about that.

The tally so far is WR coach, OC (twice) and now RB coach(if this is true)

Maybe I am reading too much into it but it seems strange.

I thought this said Tyson Helton to OC...I was about to start crying. Really.

On one hand its kind of a compliment to McGee that he picked Assistants that others want...

But at the same time, he can't keep assistants to save his life...

Just a hunch but i think you will see tight ends coach Richard Owens as the blazers next OC

Not sure of the friction & you certainly shouldn't share any, but Sigler would have been a good RB's coach IMO.

Not just RB coach but recruiting coordinator, less than a month before signing day.

So no WR coach, RB coach, OC, or Recruiting Coordinator in place. But all the defensive coaches returning.

Sigler was asked to leave, Brohm became an assistant HC under Peteino and the last holdover from Callaway just left. I second the Owens to OC. I wonder if Brian Ellis will be promoted to a full time assistant?

None if these move were surprising. It obvious that our fan base is not used to having football coaches that other people want. Assistants change jobs all the time. It's just that our fans are not used to it. Lol

You are probably right, before long, we may have a winning season. I wonder if we will recognize that?

Bring in DHack for QB coach, in all seriousness I'm happy for all parties school, players, and coach. We still have a good recruiter left in Owens.

Hackney is in coaching. QB coach at Savannah State.

I'm not saying its a for sure thing. Just heard that rumor through a few guys. Owens knows the offense as well as brohm did. Regardless of who the OC will be Coach McGee will still be calling the shots.
